New Patient Package - 3 months
​Every new client will complete three appointments during their initial package as we establish care together.
This three month package has a price of $450 and qualifies for insurance reimbursement with most plans.
(New patient packages can be paid in full, or in three separate installments of $150)

Month 1
First appointment to evaluate your health, review labs, and start a new hormone care plan with prescriptions provided. Any additional referrals needed will be provided.

Month 2
A telephone appointment to review your progress, answer questions, and assist with any needed referrals.

Month 3
​During your third month of HRT, we will meet to review your progress, adjust your plan, and make prepare for the next steps in your care.

Every client will have access to three appointments per year to evaluate their lab work, prescriptions, and any changes in their health.

Our appointments are not rushed and offer the time needed to provide support, discussion, and referrals to outside professionals that provide:

Gender affirming services can be provided in combination with thyroid care and/or weight loss care.
