Luna's Access Program offers a combination of group and 1:1 appointments, is research-driven, and supported by professional guidelines.

Luna's Access Program - the first 3 months
Ready to feel like yourself again?
The Luna Access program is focused on getting women started on HRT with the help of a group session, and 1:1 appointments with your Luna provider. After the program is complete, we offer flexible follow up options or a transfer back to your supportive PCP or GYN.
Pricing and What is Included
Luna Access Program: $649 for the first three months ($216 per month),
Included: Three months of care, orders for lab work and prescriptions, Two group sessions, and two private 1:1 appointments. All Luna patients have access to the patient portal, and discounts on any supplement recommendations.
After the Luna Access Program, you may continue your care with Luna at discounted pricing (see below) or return to your PCP or GYN.

Visit #1 (Group)
A group zoom visit with women beginning their HRT Journey.
This visit will focus on the symptoms of menopause, the types of HRT, and a review of how HRT can be prescribed.
There will be time for questions and discussion.

Visit #2 (Private)
A 1:1 consultation with a Luna NP who will evaluate your symptoms, provide personalized prescriptions and recommendations, and order any labs or tests to complete your evaluation.
(30 mins).

Visit #3 (Group)
Return to your group for a 6 week check-in visit hosted by your group clinical staff (nurse or NP). You will review normal changes you may experience and answer your questions.
(20 min)

Visit #4 (Private)
A "Wrap-Up" private appointment with your provider to evaluate symptoms, adjust medications, review lab results, and determine if you plan to continue care with Luna or return to your PCP or GYN.

After the Luna Access Program - Continuing Care
Once you have completed your Luna Access Program, you may choose between transferring to your regular provider, or enrolling in continuing care. These plans offer options for HRT care alone, HRT care with thyroid management, and HRT with metabolic support.
Financial support or subsidized care is available for those experiencing financial need.
