Your journey with Luna starts with truly getting to know you — through a comprehensive assessment that includes lab work and a DEXA scan, so we understand exactly what your body needs.
From there, we build a treatment plan around you: your lab results, your symptoms, and your goals. This is your chance to finally put yourself first and start feeling like yourself again.
Our treatments include bio-identical hormones including estrogen, progesterone and testosterone, supplement recommendations. If metabolic support is one of your goals, medication supported weight loss is available as part of your plan.
The Concierge Program - The first 4 months
Ready to feel like yourself again?
Our approach goes beyond the basics of testing and hormone replacement. Your experience will begin with a high touch and supportive Concierge Program, and then transition our continuing care plan.
Each new patient receives comprehensive testing, bone density evaluation, prescriptions for HRT, referrals for emotional care, GYN care, and other medical professionals as needed.

Pricing and What is Included
Concierge Program: $1316 for the first four months ($329 per month),
(regularly $1580 - a $200 discount).
Included: Four months of care, orders for lab work and prescriptions, three appointments, DEXA Scan, and messaging communication.
When your Concierge Program is complete, you may continue your care at discounted pricing (see below) or transfer to your PCP or GYN.

Blood work and DEXA Scan
All Luna patients complete blood work and a DEXA scan to evaluate their bone density.
Blood work is completed prior to the first appointment. DEXA scans can be completed anytime during the Concierge Program.

Visit #1
A personal consultation with a Luna NP who will evaluate your symptoms, review lab work, and provide personalized recommendations including prescriptions when needed.
(45 mins).

Visit #2
A telephone appointment with our clinical staff (nurse or NP) to review your progress, answer questions, and make any needed adjustments.
(20 min)

Visit #3
A "Wrap-Up" appointment with your NP to review symptoms, adjust medications, place lab orders, and coordinate next steps in your care.

After the Concierge Program - Ongoing Care
Once you have completed your Concierge Program, you are ready to enroll in long term care. These plans offer options for HRT care alone, HRT care with thyroid management, and HRT with metabolic support.
