Luna's personalized approach begins with a comprehensive assessment including lab work and DEXA to understand your unique needs. This allows us to develop a plan that allows you to prioritize self care and a healthy transformation.
Based on your lab results, we create a customized treatment plan using lab results, bio-identical hormones, and any vitamins or supplements you may need to support your health.
For those with weight concerns, medication supported weight loss is available.
New Patient Package - The first 4 months
Ready to feel like yourself again?
Our approach goes beyond the basics of testing and hormone replacement. We begin with a high tough and supportive new patient package and then transition patients into a lower cost continuing care plan.
Each new patient receives comprehensive testing, bone density evaluation, prescriptions for HRT, referrals for emotional care, GYN care, and HRT supportive PCP's during their new patient package.

Pricing and What is Included
New Patient Package: $1316 for the first four months ($329 per month),
(regularly $1580 - a $200 discount).
Included: Four months of care, orders for lab work and prescriptions, three appointments, DEXA Scan, and messaging communication.
After the New Patient Package, you may continue your care with Luna at discounted pricing (see below) or transfer to your PCP or GYN.

Blood work and DEXA Scan
All Luna patients complete blood work and a DEXA scan to evaluate their bone density.
Blood work is completed prior to the first appointment. DEXA scans can be completed anytime during the New Patient Package.

Visit #1
A consultation with a Luna NP who will evaluate your symptoms, review lab work, and provide personalized recommendations including prescriptions when needed.
(60 mins).

Visit #2
A telephone appointment with our clinical staff (nurse or NP) to review your progress, answer questions, and make any needed adjustments.
(20 min)

Visit #3
A "Wrap-Up" appointment with your NP to review symptoms, adjust medications, place lab orders, and coordinate next steps in your care.

After the New Patient Package - Ongoing Care
Once you have completed your New Patient Package, you are ready to enroll in long term care. These plans offer options for HRT care alone, HRT care with thyroid management, and HRT with metabolic support.
