Maggie Powers is a board-certified nurse practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for patient-centered care.

Inspired by her personal experiences with hormone care – an area of medicine where many healthcare professionals dismiss women's concerns – through Luna Hormone Health her goal is to be a voice of clarity and understanding when it comes to hormone care.

  • 10+ years as a Nurse Practitioner in Thoracic Surgery and Interventional Pulmonology at an academic medical center with operating room, inpatient, outpatient, and administrative experience.

  • History of teaching nurse practitioner students as an Adjunct Professor at MCPHSUniversity

  • Volunteering as a Clinical Preceptor for nurse practitioner students.
