New Patient Package - 3 months
Our approach goes beyond the basics of testing and hormone replacement. We provide comprehensive care that supports your longevity, quality of life, supports your health goals.
Every new client completes three appointments during their first three months.

The new patient package is a one-time cost of $795 (or $265/mo for 3 months). This cost is eligible for HSA or FSA account payments, as well as insurance reimbursement requests.

A comprehensive consultation with a Luna NP where you will evaluate your health and hormone status, review lab work, and receive personalized recommendations. Prescriptions are provided when needed.

A telephone appointment with our clinical staff to review your progress, answer questions, and make any needed changes.

Month 3
​You will meet with a member of Luna's NP team to review your symptoms, adjust medication dosages, evaluate your supplements, place needed lab orders, and make plans for next steps in your follow up.

Ongoing Care - After the New Patient Package
Once you have completed your New Patient Package, you are ready to enroll in long term care with one of the below available plans. These plans offer options for HRT care alone, HRT care with thyroid management, and HRT with weight loss support.
