Your experience begins with a private call and discussion to help you choose a personalized plan — New patients can choose from our Concierge Package or our Access Program. Patient's already on HRT can request a review of their current plan for further recommendations.
When your plan nears completion, you will choose to continue your care with Luna, or return to your PCP or GYN. We make sure you're never left without a clear next step.

When your new patient pathway is complete, you'll transition seamlessly into ongoing care with Luna or return to your trusted provider (PCP or GYN). No guesswork and no starting over!

Luna's Concierge Package
Four months of unhurried, individualized care — designed for you.
The Concierge Package provides complete lab testing, prescriptions, and multiple extended appointment providing personalized attention and guidance as you start your HRT journey.
After the Concierge Package, you may to continue care with Luna, or stay with your original provider.

Luna's Access Program
Feeling like yourself again shouldn't have to wait.
The three month Luna Access Program provides efficient and affordable access to HRT.
The Access Program provides lab work, clinical evaluation, and HRT treatment through a combination of group sessions, and private 1:1 appointments.
After the Access Program, you may to continue care with Luna, or stay with your original provider.

HRT Plan Review
Already on HRT, but still not feeling like yourself?
The HRT Plan Review offers lab testing, a 45 minute private appointment with individualized recommendations, and a follow up visit to help improve your HRT plan.
After your visit, you will have a 6 week check-in to evaluate your progress.
After your consultation, you may to continue care with Luna, or stay with your original provider.
