Based on your lab results, we create a customized treatment plan using lab results, bio-identical hormones (from your regular pharmacy), and any vitamins or supplements you may need.

For those with weight concerns, medication supported weight loss is available.

New Patient Package - 3 months

Ready to feel like yourself again?

Our approach goes beyond the basics of testing and hormone replacement. We provide comprehensive care and referrals to support your hormone health, sleep, emotional care, personal training and more. Every new client completes three appointments during their first four months.

Investment: The new patient package is $380/mo for 4 months (total cost of $1,520.00). This cost is eligible for HSA or FSA account payments, as well as insurance reimbursement requests.

The Hormone & Wellness Club
$119 per month (auto-pay)

Hormone & Weight Loss Club
$149 per month (auto-pay)

A consultation with a Luna NP who will evaluate your symptoms, review lab work, and provide personalized recommendations including prescriptions when needed.
(60 mins).

Visit #2

A telephone appointment with our clinical staff (nurse or NP) to review your progress, answer questions, and make any needed adjustments.

(20 min)

Visit #3

A "Wrap-Up" appointment with your NP to review symptoms, adjust medications, place lab orders, and coordinate next steps in your care. You are welcome to stay with Luna for your care, or transfer your plan to another provider if you wish.

Ongoing Care - After the New Patient Package

Once you have completed your New Patient Package, you are ready to enroll in long term care with one of the below available plans. These plans offer options for HRT care alone, HRT care with thyroid management, and HRT with weight loss support.
