Luna's HRT Plan Review
The HRT Plan Review is designed for women already on HRT, but hoping to receive a deeper evaluation or to make progress on mid-life health goals not being addressed. As always, after your consultation, you are welcome to join Luna as a patient, or return to the provider who start your HRT treatment.
Pricing and What is Included
HRT Plan Review: $500 single fee
Included: Orders for lab work and prescriptions, One private consultation appointment, and a 6 week phone call to evaluate your progress. All Luna patients have access to messaging communication and supplement recommendations.
After the HRT Plan Review, you may continue your care with Luna at discounted pricing (see below) or transfer to your PCP or GYN.

Visit #1 (Virtual or In-Person)
Prior to your consultation, your lab work will be completed. During your 1:1 consultation we will evaluate your symptoms and lab results. After discussing your goals we will provide recommendations and any needed prescriptions. If your appointment is in-person we will offer you the option for a physical examination.

Visit #2 (Phone Call)
After you have had your new HRT plan for 6 weeks, we will have a phone call together to review your progress and confirm your plans for continuing care (with Luna or your original HRT prescriber).

After your HRT Plan Review - Continuing Care
Once you have completed your HRT Plan Review, you may choose between transferring to your regular provider, or enrolling in continuing care. These plans offer options for HRT care alone, HRT care with thyroid management, and HRT with metabolic support.
Financial support or subsidized care is available for those experiencing financial need.
