Women’s Mid-Life Training Program
Thinking about heading back to the gym? East Coast Fitness is now offering a Women’s Mid-Life Training Program

This 4-week private training program is intentionally designed for mid-life and menopausal women. Each session focuses on proper lifting technique, joint-friendly movement, and breath-to-movement coordination—helping you feel secure and capable in the gym.
The program location, East Coast Fitness, is a private 24/7 private gym located right here Worcester, Massachusetts.

Midlife Personal Training Program Includes
24/7 gym access for the duration of the 30 day training period
Four (4) one-hour training sessions (over maximum of 30 days)
Full private facility orientation
Technique-focused with biomechanics coaching
Breath-to-movement education
Priority Monday scheduling for Luna Hormone Health Clients
Pricing
$390 per four sessions (1:1 private sessions)
$295 per four sessions (train with a friend discount) - Register with a friend and train togehter for all four sessions.

Program Terms
Paid up-front. Client has 6 months to activate their 30 day package
Non-refundable
Sessions cannot be rescheduled
Train with a friend package must be paid in one payment of $590
All sessions must be used within the 30-day activation period
Option to purchase more training sessions is available
You may train more than once weekly, or extend the duration of your program
