We will be exploring the many options available to help treat the symptoms of peri-menopause and menopause, as well as those options that can help protect your long term health! (Think heart protection, cancer preventions, and protection for your brain and bones!)
This class will include experts on hormone health, massage, Chinese medicine (both herbal and acupuncture), as well as an optional acupuncture experience for those who are interested! Come one, come all, and get ready to learn!
