Pelvic Floor Humor by Helene the Illustrator

Join us for an interactive evening designed for women navigating the transitions of perimenopause and menopause. Experiencing changes in pelvic comfort, bladder/bowel patterns, core strength, or sexual function? Come on down for this event!

Led by the expert hormone care team at Luna Hormone Health and pelvic health specialist Dr. Tara Joseph (Breathe Pelvic Therapy), this pelvic floor workshop offers a holistic, integrative lens on midlife wellness — with a focus on the often-overlooked pelvic floor.

What You’ll Learn & Experience

Hormones & Midlife Physiology

* What’s happening during perimenopause and menopause — and why

* How hormonal shifts affect mood, sleep, metabolism, bone health, and more

* How to support your system with lab testing, hormone therapy, lifestyle, and supplements

Pelvic Floor Function & Menopause

* How estrogen and connective tissue changes affect pelvic tone, continence, and sexual function

* Why “just do Kegels” is outdated — and when relaxation is just as important as strength

* Understand prolapse, pain, and postural shifts through a whole-body lens

Breath, Movement & Core–Pelvic Resilience

* Gentle guided movement practices tailored to pelvic floor support

* Breathwork to reduce intra-abdominal pressure and enhance coordination

* Everyday tools for posture, alignment, and core stability

Next Steps & Individualized Pathways
