The Luna Bridge Program: A New Pathway to HRT Access

At Luna Hormone Health, we believe that quality hormonal care shouldn't be gated by what you can afford. The Bridge Program is how we're living that belief.

Care That Meets You Where You Are
Not every woman who needs hormone therapy is in a position to commit to an ongoing concierge membership. Most of us are navigating financial constraints.
Some women already have a trusted primary care provider or OB-GYN they want to continue working with and want to get started with hormone care while involving their care team.
Some simply need a well-structured starting point — a knowledgeable guide to get them into care, set them up right, and hand the baton off with confidence.
The Luna Bridge Program was built for all of these women.
The Luna Bridge program is not a discounted version of our concierge care. It is a structurally different program — group-based, research-driven, and supported by professional guidelines — this program is designed to get you into HRT thoughtfully and efficiently, and to graduate you with everything your long-term provider needs to carry your care forward.
What happens if your provider team is not able to take over your care? Luna will be available to keep you as a patient.
What Is the Bridge Program?
The Bridge Program is a 3-month intensive care pathway with one clear, explicit goal from day one: to get you started on HRT and prepare you to either continue your care with Luna, or transition your care smoothly to your existing PCP or OB-GYN.
You'll leave the program with:
A prescription for HRT, and 3 months of follow up. Your plan will be tailored to your symptoms and history
A comprehensive consultation document — a clinical roadmap your future provider can use to understand your case, your protocol, and the guidance for managing your care going forward
Think of it as an extended, expertly facilitated consultation. Not a permanent clinical relationship, but a structured, professional bridge to one.
How the Program Works
The Bridge Program is intentionally designed to be focused and efficient. Here's what participation looks like:
Session 1 — Getting Started (Two Parts)
The program opens with a group Zoom session centered on HRT education and symptom assessment. The following day, you'll have a private one-on-one call with your Luna provider to write your prescription and discuss your individual situation, including any sexual wellness concerns.
Session 2 — Six-Week Check-In
At the six-week mark, you'll connect with the Luna team for an evaluation and a conversation about nutrition, lifestyle, and how your body is responding to treatment. This is also a natural moment to reflect on your experience and consider your path forward — whether that's continuing toward the PCP transition or exploring what ongoing personalized care with Luna might look like.
Session 3 — Transition Call (Weeks 12–14)
The final session is your formal handoff. You'll review your progress, finalize your transition documentation, and leave fully equipped for your managing provider to take the reins.
If you have made the decision to continue your care with Luna, we will discuss any additional labs, evaluation, and treatment options that further customize and refine your care plan.
How Bridge Differs from Concierge Care
We want to be transparent about this, because it matters.
Concierge care at Luna is built around a deep, ongoing relationship — a fully personalized care plan, and continuous clinical partnership. It's a premium experience because it requires significant time, attention, and responsiveness from your provider.
The Bridge Program is different by design:
Group education sessions rather than individual appointments
A standardized protocol that is clinically sound, and an appointment designed to prioritize access to quality care and provider support
A defined endpoint — the program concludes with your transition into continued care with Luna, or back to your PCP or GYN
These differences aren't compromises. They're what make the program financially accessible and operationally honest. The lower cost reflects genuinely lower overhead — but it does not reflect a decrease in the quality of care you will receive.
Who Is the Bridge Program For?
The Bridge Program is designed for women who are ready to start HRT and are looking for expert guidance and access. During your program, you will be able to decide if you plan to continue care with Luna, or transfer back to your PCP or GYN.
The bridge program is a strong fit if:
You have a PCP or GYN you trust but who lacks HRT expertise or bandwidth
You're looking for a clear, structured entry point into hormonal care
Concierge membership isn't the right financial fit right now
You want clinical quality and genuine expertise, but don't need continuous, personalized access
Because this program was built specifically to serve those with barriers to access, we incorporate a brief intake process to understand your situation. This isn't a hoop to jump through — it's how we ensure the program reaches the women it was designed for.
A Path Forward, Not a Ceiling
One thing we're proud of: the Bridge Program is a beginning, not a limitation.
At your six-week check-in, your provider will have an honest conversation with you — where you are clinically, what transitioning to your own provider looks like, and what continuing care with Luna would look like if you are interested.
Some women discover mid-program that they want more personalized, ongoing support. If that's you, there's a clear path to transition into Luna's concierge membership — either during the program or within 12 months of completing it. An optional 8-month check-in add-on is also available for women who want a single touchpoint after their transition.
The goal is always to get you into the care that's actually right for you.
Pricing
The Bridge Program is offered at two price points:
Standard pricing for qualifying participants
Community cares pricing for those with documented financial need
Specific pricing details are available HERE and a price page can also be downloaded.
Equity Is a Clinical Value
We started Luna because women deserve better access to hormonal health expertise. The Bridge Program is one way we're trying to close that gap — not by lowering the standard of care, but by creating a model that honestly reflects different needs, different resources, and different goals.
